Palm Sunday

Luke 19:39-40
Some of the Pharisees in the crowd said to Jesus, “Teacher, rebuke your disciples!”
“I tell you,” he replied, “if they keep quiet, the stones will cry out.”

We sing our praise throughout the land,
Our voices filled with cheer,
And all the mountains echo back
In praise, that You might hear!

The rocks and stones raise up our song
And send it heavenward,
That we might rejoice without doubt
Our praises have been heard.

Hosanna to the Lord on High,
And to the Son of Man.
Praise Him who came to do that which
No other human can.

Praise Him who came from heaven’s throne
To walk this broken earth,
That those of us who sing His praise
Might hope for our rebirth.

We sing our praise throughout the land,
Our voices filled with cheer,
And all the mountains echo back
In praise, that You might hear!
