Blessings and Miracles

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Those blessings and small miracles

That touch us every day

Are far too often overlooked

As we rush on our way.

 

But, now and then, we do notice.

It takes us by surprise

When something so remarkable

Appears before our eyes.

 

It doesn’t change history’s course,

Or shape who we will be.

Most often it’s a simple gift

Left there for you or me.

 

Just a note to say He cares,

One we can understand,

And left where we can clearly see

It’s written by His hand.

Blessed are the people to whom such blessings fall! Blessed are the people whose God is the Lord!
