Psalm 108:1-2

 

Psalm 108:1-2

My heart, O God, is steadfast; I will sing and make music with all my soul. Awake, harp and lyre! I will awaken the dawn.

Let my rejoicing wake the dawn

And start the day with song

For I am steadfast in the faith

That, in You, I am strong.

Rise up, oh sun, and praise His name,

Rise up, dawn, lift your voice!

For God has given us this day,

Let us sing and rejoice!

Rise up and sing, all of the earth.

His Glory to proclaim.

The Lord, our God, is ever near,

Sing praises to His name!
