Just
a quiet moment, Lord,
Before
this day is through,
Is
all I need to still my mind
And
lift my thanks to You.
You
brought me through another day,
And
as the night draws near,
The
peace that carried me this far
Is
still nestled right here.
I
feel it wrapped around my heart,
As
warm as it can be,
And,
Lord, I’m grateful for the peace
With
which You have blessed me.
