In Water and Spirit

A community of sinners
Who still walk in His Grace,
Because the Son of heaven’s God
Has marked, for them, a place.

It isn’t a place they can earn,
But they did make the choice
To turn away from the world’s call
And listen to His voice.

The world they walk is rife with sin.
They, too, were marked for scorn,
But He has washed their sins away,
And, in Him, they’re reborn.
