I’m weary, Lord, but I’m not weak,

And I will carry on

Until my final day on earth

Has come, at last, and gone.

 

I’ll keep on trying to get there,

Though I’ve so far to go.

For I’m coming to meet You, Lord,

And where You lead, I’ll go.

 

Please help me, Lord, to stay on track

There’s no place else I’d be

Than there with You when I have reached

The end of my journey.
