Looking Forward

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I stand in humble gratitude,

My heart filled with relief,

For You will lift me from my fear,

My worry and my grief.

 

I know that You will heal my pain,

Make whole my broken heart

And cleanse me from the sin and rage

That tears my soul apart.

 

I know that You have already

Redeemed me from my sin,

But You have also given me

The chance to live again.

 

I know so many truths, oh Lord,

And all depend on You.

I’m humbled and so grateful that

Someday they’ll all be true!
