Wait and Pray

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I found myself running around,

So busy with the day,

That I almost let it pass by

Without stopping to say

That You are the light on my path

When all the world is gray.

 

Now that I’ve realized that I

Got sidetracked on my way,

I want to take a moment to

Sit still and simply stay

Quiet enough to hear Your voice…

To wait, listen, and pray.
