Peace of Mind

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In the stillness between the storms

I find the peace I need.

The peace for which everyone longs,

For which so many plead.

 

The peace that offers hope to those

Who feel lost to despair,

The peace that reminds the lonely

That He is always there.

 

The peace that heals the broken heart

And binds up every pain,

The peace so real that, when all’s lost,

That peace will still remain.

 

The peace that comes from Him alone,

That peace is what I find

Between the storms that shake my world.

He is my peace of mind.

You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you.
