Though I am tainted with the sin
That afflicts all on earth,Still I have been loved by the Lord
Since long before my birth.
What greater miracle of grace
Could there possibly be
Than the forgiveness of my sin,
That my soul might be free.
That one defiled and tainted child
Might stand before His throne
And hear Him call me by my name,
Then claim me as His own.
2 Corinthians 3:18
And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the
Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory,
which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.
