Matthew 11: 28-30

I feel sorrow creep upon me,
My heart hunkers down;
It hides from the expanding waves.
I fear I may drown.

And there, in the darkness, I see
A light that calls me,
Speaking to me of safe harbor
From the tear swept sea.

Come to me, for you are weary,
Rest upon my shore.
I will hold you through all the storms,
You shall weep no more.

Come to me and take up my yoke,
I offer you peace.
I am generous with my love,
Love is your release.

Matthew 11: 28-30
   28 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
