We
plant our dreams, we lay our plans,
But
His is the last word,
For
we cannot see past today,
Or
know what’s yet unheard.
That
doesn’t mean we shouldn’t try
To
do the best we can.
We
simply need to recognize
Who should help form our plan.
For any plan laid without Him,
From
start, is doomed to fail.
Though
we may make the perfect plan,
His
purpose will prevail!
Proverbs

Many
are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails.
