In the Light

 

You saw me there among the crowd,

But standing all alone,

And You did not turn from me, Lord,

You claimed me for Your own.

You lifted me from a dark place,

Your Light washed through my soul,

And now I see You everywhere,

With eyes that You made whole

There may be times, throughout my life,

When there’s no one in sight,

But I will never stand alone,

Living within Your Light.
