Withhold Not Kindness

The little tears formed in my eye,

I wept for all her pain.

I could not fix her broken heart

Or make it whole again.

And so I wept beside my friend,

I held her while she cried,

But then we spoke of joys to come

And set our tears aside.

Job 6:14
