The
things that truly mean the most
Are
what we do each day
To
help our fellow travelers
Find
joy along the way.
The
helping hand, a friendly word,
Comfort
in times of grief,
Even
the strongest find themselves
in
need of such relief.
Though
all the world seems fraught with rage,
We
still must do our best
To
give to those what we can give,
Then trust God for the rest.
For
God can take a gift of joy
And,
through His boundless grace,
Ease
the burdens that weigh us down
Until
peace takes their place
Romans
15:13
May
the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that
you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
