The world offers enough hard knocks
To fling us to the ground,But don’t let yourself be dismayed,
For hope lies all around.
The Lord has seen you fall to earth
And He has heard your cry,
His love will lift you from the ground
And give you wings to fly.
For, we live in a broken world
That seeks to pull us low,
But we are precious to the Lord
And He won’t let us go.
1 Thessalonians 5:11
