Impending Good-bye

I know that this was what we planned,

That everything is right,
But what I need at this moment 
Is You to hold me tight.
 
Please wrap Your arms around me, Lord,
And hold me as I cry,
For I am not yet quite prepared
To let her say good-bye.
 
I know that You are calling her,
I see her turn to You,
But when she’s gone, I’ll be alone.
I don’t know what I'll do.
 
So hold me in Your loving arms
And fill me with Your peace,
That I that may have the strength I need
To grant, to her, release.
