Galatians 6: 7 - 9

In my secret little garden
Where cheery blossoms grow
I often find a snarling weed
That’s grown up in a row

I pull the weeds and they grow back
To strangle my bright blooms
They try to pull my blossoms down
And quench their sweet perfumes

I must be ever vigilant
To keep my garden clean
I can’t allow the weeds to thrive
For what we sow, we glean

And so I pluck the thorny weeds
Whenever they appear
And cherish tender shoots that bear
The blossoms I hold dear

Galatians 6: 7-9
Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. The one who sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature will reap destruction; the one who sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life. Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.
