With joy, my heart leapt to the sky,

Singing with great delight,
For God has loved me beyond death
And healed me with His might.
 
With joy, my heart leapt to the sky,
Rejoicing as it rose,
For God has called me by my name,
A name only He knows.
 
With joy my heart leapt to the sky
And still it sings sweet songs,
For God has claimed me as His child,
To Him, my soul belongs.
