I Will Look To The Lord

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I will wait upon the Lord,

The God of salvation,

For He has promised to complete

The work that He’s begun.

 

I call upon Him in my pain,

In joy I praise His name.

I turn to Him in all life brings,

For His mercy I claim.

 

There’s nothing I can give to Him

To match what He gave me,

So I will wait upon the Lord,

For He has set me free.

But as for me, I will look to the Lord; I will wait for the God of my salvation; my God will hear me.
