Standing Strong

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I woke behind the power curve

My brain moved at a plod,

But I don’t fear the power curve…

I have the strength of God.

 

I might be flustered in the dawn

And battered by midday,

But I will stand upon the strength

That He still sends my way.

 

However small and weak I seem,

I’m stronger when I stand

Within the power of the Lord

And rest upon His hand.

 

I’ll never be a warrior,

But I will stand up strong

Within the power of the Lord,

Rejoicing all day long.

 

Ephesians 6:10
