In Joyful Praise

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

To You, I lift my heart in praise,

In joy I call Your name.

For though I’ve lived a broken life,

You washed away my shame.

 

You healed me from a life of sin,

Took all my pain away,

And taught me how to live in joy

Despite every dark day.

 

Lord, I could never earn such grace,

Though I tried all my days,

And it is with a grateful heart

That I lift up my praise!

The Lord is my strength and my song, and he has become my salvation; this is my God, and I will praise him, my father's God, and I will exalt him.
