I’m rather into
solitude
By instinct
and nature.
I love to
visit now and then,
but home’s
what I prefer.
Together as
a church.
Offering
support to the whole,
Not sitting
on our perch.
For some of
us to do,
In fact, I’d
never even try
If it were
not for You.
To gather
with the lost
And teach us
how to truly love;
A blessing, with
a cost.
To gather in
Your name,
And learn to
love like family,
Or live in sin
and shame.
I’ll learn
to gather, too.
It can’t
compare to what You gave,
But I’ll do it
for You!
