I love that You watch over me

As I move through the day.

There are so many times I find

Myself in disarray.

I get caught up in distractions,

Until I’ve gone astray,

But then I hear You call my name

And I can find my way.

I tend to be a wayward lamb,

I am ashamed to say,

But I am grateful my Shepherd

Is never far away.

I thank You, Lord, for loving me

Through each and every day.
