There’s so much I still haven’t done
Despite my hurried pace,
But sometimes I just need stillness
And peace within Your Grace.
I’m running out of time today
To finish all I’d planned,
But I am finding I need time
To rest within Your hand.
I’ve worried over so much, Lord,
I’m stressed without much cause,
And now I want to let it go,
Let worry take a pause.
What’s still to do can go undone
Until another day.
Right now, I’m going to spend my time
Listening to what You say.

Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will
give you rest.
