A little thank you for this day
Of laughter and delight.
Another thanks for keeping watch
Over my sleep tonight.
You guard me in my going out
And bring me safely back.
Although, I’m not a wealthy girl,
I do not suffer lack.
You found me in the wilderness,
Then brought me back to You,
So let me thank you also, for
Always leading me through.
Lord, there are so many thank yous
That I still need to say,
But I want to add I love You
To my list for today!
Psalm 136:26
Give thanks to the God of heaven, for his steadfast love
