Love is Kind

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I lost myself in my anger,

I let my worst self show.

When I should have found compromise,

I let my temper blow.

 

Those things that I should not have said,

Came right out, loud and clear,

And I ended up hurting one

Whom I hold near and dear.

 

Though all is well that ends with grace,

I should not let things start

That don’t have a foundation in

A kind and loving heart.

Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful
