always seems to be something
That’s
just beyond my view.
As
if the universe might hold
A
secret glimpse of You.
My
mind cannot take in the scope
Of
all that I can’t see,
Yet
I can sense there’s so much more
Than
what I know to be.
I
hear the song of winter winds,
Of
raindrops on the roof,
And
yet I sense there’s something more,
Though
my ears have no proof.
Someday
I’ll know what I can’t now,
And
hear Your voice clearly,
But
until then I’ll thank You, Lord,
For
all I can’t yet see.
