His Plans For Me

 

The Lord has had His plan in place
Long before He formed man.
One of the things I’m grateful for
Is my place in His plan.
 
He called me and I came to Him,
His peace fills up my soul,
And it is by His grace alone
That I have been made whole.
 
I don’t know what His plan entails,
Or what my part will be.
I do know that, if I was called,
Then His plan includes me.
 
I’ll rise up each dawn in the faith
That His plan is in place,
And I will celebrate each day
The wonders of His grace.
 
I’ll do what He calls me to do,
And go where He sends me,
For I have a place in His plan.
How blessed can one soul be?
 
Jeremiah 29:11-12
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for peace and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will hear you.
