I felt a weight lift from my heart
When I let it all go.
I realized nothing mattered
Beyond what I now know.
The sun will rise, but also set,
And bad comes with the good,
But by faith we can walk through both
Still being who we should.
For, though our plans so often fail,
It’s His plan that’s in place,
And He has filled His plans for us
With His unending grace.
Now I’m at peace within each storm
Knowing, despite travail,
That nothing matters quite as much
As love that does not fail.

For great is his steadfast love toward us, and the
faithfulness of the Lord endures forever. Praise the Lord!
