Psalm 73:25-26

 

Psalm 73:25-26

Whom have I in heaven but you? And earth has nothing I desire besides you. My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.

When life gets rocky, You’re my Rock,

You hold me by the hand

And walk me through this troubled world

Into the promised land.

I’ve seen the good life and the bad,

I’ve fallen to the ground,

But You were there to pick me up

And turn my life around.

I’ve laid my plans and watched them fail

More times than I can say,

But each time my plans fell apart

Yours fell in place to stay.

You are my strength, all that I need

I find by trusting You.

So, when I come I to rocky ground,

I trust You’ll lead me through.
