Such Blessing

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I lifted up a simple prayer,

But one born out of love.

Today I heard You, loud and clear,

An answer from above.

 

It wasn’t something all the world

Would rise up to proclaim,

But it was a blessing of grace

To one who loves Your name.

 

This day started like yesterday

And every day before,

But by its end I realized

This day held so much more.

 

That simple prayer for a healing

We thought could never be,

Turned into a day filled with grace,

Blessing, and victory!

 

Psalm 144:15

Blessed are the people to whom such blessings fall! Blessed are the people whose God is the Lord!
