Oh Father God, You love us so,
Though we are far from good.
We often walk a wayward path
Down roads we never should.
We let our thoughts drift far from You
Where they should never go,
We seek to taste of the darkness
That we should never know.
Yet You still offer love to us,
You guide us back to You,
For You love us more than we know,
Despite all that we do.
Oh Father God, please forgive us
The wrongs we that we pursue.
Help us to honor and obey
In all You call us to.
Romans 5:8
but God shows his love for us in that while we were still
sinners, Christ died for us.
