As light burst through the early dawn

The truth was soon made clear.

For He, who had been crucified,

Was risen and still here.

 

He walked among those lost in pain,

Those tormented by fear,

He spoke to them of redemption

Because He held them dear.

 

The story’s not just that He died,

But that He rose anew,

And by His rising laid the path

That leads us back to You.

In my Father's house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also.
