There’s so much sorrow in my heart
For those whom I hold dear.
Oh, Lord, they’re suffering such loss,
Illness, worry or fear.
I know that I can’t stop their pain,
There’s nothing I can do
But lift them up to Your mercy
And put my faith in You.
Oh, Lord, I lift to You their pain,
Their suffering and grief.
In You, alone, lies my one hope
For healing and relief.
