This is Love

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

There was a voice calling to us,

Make a path for the King.

Let the rejoicing rise on high,

And all creation sing.

 

The Lord of heaven came to earth,

A sacrifice for man.

Unworthy as we all may be,

It was His perfect plan,

 

For He loved us with such a love

He left heaven for earth,

Then died and rose that we might know

A heavenly rebirth.

 

1 John 4:10-11

In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
