Things Not Seen

 

When all you see is the night sky,

Can you still trust in dawn?

Do you believe that what you see

Is all that’s going on?

Faith is more than what you see,

Or what you think you know.

Faith is believing, though it's dark,

That you will see dawn’s glow.

Faith is believing, through your pain,

That, with time you will heal.

Faith is knowing, despite despair,

That happiness is real.

Faith is knowing, when you’re lost,

That God can still find you,

For He is greater than what’s seen.
Your faith tells you that's true.

Hebrews 11:1

Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.
