Psalm 13:5-6

 

Psalm 13:5-6

But I trust in your unfailing love; my heart rejoices in your salvation. I will sing the Lord’s praise, for he has been good to me.

I’ve had a few rough times in life,

And, no doubt, I’ll have more.

Although I try to have a plan,

I don’t know what’s in store.

But I have come to understand

That I do what I can

And then I leave the rest to God…

He’s got a better plan.

I may not know what’s coming next,

Whether to fight of hide,

But I am grateful, come what may,

That He is by my side.

So, when the world comes at me fast

His is the name I raise,

And I will praise Him for His Grace,

Through all my living days!
