A Season and A Purpose - Re-Posted

In the mists that speak of autumn,
I hear a whispered prayer.
It warns me of the coming winter,

Of darkness and despair.
But also it reminds me of
The spring that follows on,
For there is always renewed life

When winter's storms pass on.

Though I may dread the fading light
I face it with full heart,
For it is in the winter's dark
That summer has it's start.
The seeds that will brighten the world
With all the joy they bring
Take root in winter's sleepy soil,
Then burst forth in the spring!

Ecclesiastes 3:1-2
There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens:
A time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot,
