Their long journey lies ahead,
But they rise in the dawn
And turn their faces to the wind.
Their instinct leads them on.
They do not doubt the way ahead,
Nor question why they go.
They simply know they’re called to fly.
That’s all they need to know.
I’m not a creature of instinct,
But some things still hold true.
While they rise up because they must,
I rise by faith in You.
