Laughter and Joy

You sent me laughter this week, Lord,

Just when I needed it.
I don’t know how You arranged that
But, Lord, it was a hit!
 
The day to day gets so crazy
I sometimes need a break.
I hit the point where my poor mind’s
Taken all it can take.
 
So filling the end of this week
With laughter, fun and friends
Was just the way I hope find
Each week, from now on, ends!
