Lost in the Woods

I’ve been seeking a new purpose,

Exploring here and there.
So many possibilities,
But none for which I care.
There’s lots of things that I can do,
But none appeal to me.
So I am asking You for help,
Guide me where I should be.
Don’t leave me lost out in the woods,
Lord, lead me from this place.
I feel I’m off the path You want,
It’s gone, without a trace.
