Even in the darkness of night,

His light comes shining through,
So keep your faith in troubled times
For His love covers you.
 
He holds us each within His hand
As darkness sweeps our world
And, when we feel most overwhelmed,
We see His light unfurled.
 
So hold to faith and, in His name,
Defy the darkest night,
For He will lead you through its snares
With His enduring light.
