I thank you for dear friends
I thank you that we’re safe and sound

I thank you for the loving heart
That’s curled up by my knee.
I thank you for the ones who serve
To keep us safe and free.
 
I thank you for the words you send
Each time I write my praise.
I thank you for the loving grace
That blesses all my days.
