Thanks for letting me lend a hand,

Help strangers gone astray.
Just being kind to someone else
Has really made my day.
 

I didn’t think a thing would lift

My winter weary heart,
But doing something just to help
Was quite a lovely start.
 
Tomorrow maybe I can do
Another something kind.
I’ll have to keep my heart alert
To see what I can find!
