Unfading Beauty - Re-posted

While I am nothing much to see,
Even I look quite grand
When I am nestled in the world
Created by His hand.
 
For every creature, dull or great,
Was formed within God’s grace
And each has beauty of its own
In heart or soul or face.
 
Don’t look at others as they seem,
But see them through God’s eyes.
You may be startled that you find
A glorious surprise.

Rather, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight.
