The Fullness Thereof

The earth and all within its sphere,
From mountains to the sea,
Were formed by Him, in His delight,
 To share with you and me.
 
He calls us His and yields to us
A creation so vast
That it will still be fresh and new
When mankind is long past.
 
We are but shadows, a soft wind
That ruffles the tall grass,
Yet He deemed us worthy of love
That will not fail or pass.
 
The earth is His, as are we all,
It is as He has planned.
Let every heart and soul rejoice
That we live in His hand.

The earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof, the world and those who dwell therein, for he has founded it upon the seas and established it upon the rivers.
