When this world weighs down on my heart
Until I feel bereft,
I still know I have everything
If You’re all I have left.
When all I see is pain.
You lead me back into Your peace,
Away from stress and strain.
Than I, alone, could be.
Because You’ve healed me, heart and soul,
There’s more of You in me.
I lift my heart and sing
In the sure knowledge that, in You,
I still have everything.
It has seemed good to me to show the signs and wonders
that the Most High God has done for me. How great are his signs, how mighty his
wonders! His kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and his dominion endures from
generation to generation.
