Thank You: A Sabbath Prayer

 

Thank You, Lord, for loving me,
Despite all I have done.
Thank You, Savior, for making right
The wrongs that I’d begun.
 
I thank You with a heart of joy
For calling me by name,
And for the grace of redemption
That now is mine to claim.
 
Isaiah 43:1
But now thus says the Lord, he who created you, O Jacob, he who formed you, O Israel: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are mine.”
