Beyond Measure

 

He formed the stars and gave them names
The mountains call Him Lord.
The winds that sweep the ocean waves
Praise Him in full accord.
 
The smallest bird rests in His hand,
No creature goes unseen,
For all creation calls Him Lord,
Powerful, yet serene.
 
Such is the splendor of the Lord,
Beyond all we can know,
And greater still, the boundless love
He never fails to show.
 
Psalm 147:4-5
He determines the number of the stars; he gives to all of them their names.
Great is our Lord, and abundant in power; his understanding is beyond measure.
